Fernando Silva Jr., affectionately known as Feldy, passed away on February 16, 2026, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, at the age of 40. Born on April 22, 1985, in the same city and state, Fernando was a beloved figure in his community and family circle.

Fernando's life was marked by his dedication to helping others, a passion that culminated in his role as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for County Rescue Services since 2022. His technical diploma in Emergency Medical Technician, earned in August 2022, was a testament to his commitment to his profession. Working alongside EMTs and paramedics, Fernando found immense fulfillment in his work, forming deep connections and friendships that enriched his life.

Fernando is survived by his wife, Tiana Silva, and their two children, Daniel Silva and Aaliyah Silva. He is also survived by his parents, Barbara Webster and Fernando Silva Sr., and his siblings: Alejandro Silva, Armando Silva, Anthony Silva, Antonio Webster, Camille Goodeagle, Evyanna Silva, Jolina Silva, Twila Pamanet (Tyler), Alexia McKinney (Daniel), Gabriella Espino (Isaiah), Joselina Webster, and Julianna Webster. Fernando cherished his numerous nieces and nephews, who adored him in return.

Fernando was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Lavinia and Stewart Webster, his maternal uncles Tom and Ken Webster, auntie Theresa Sanchez; his paternal grandfather Samuel Silva Sr "Papi", his paternal uncle Daniel Silva, and cousin Danny.

In his spare time, Fernando had a deep love for working on cars and fixing computers. However, his true passion was creating music, a hobby that brought him immense joy. He also enjoyed cooking for his family and teaching his children the art of navigating a kitchen.

Fernando was a pure-hearted man who loved fiercely with undying loyalty. He was an amazing husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandson. A special mention goes to his mother-in-law, Diane Jourdan, whom he considered his real mom and always thanked for her love and support. Fernando also expressed his gratitude to the transplant teams and nursing/tech staff at Froedtert Hospital's Center for Advanced Care TICU for their exceptional care and the opportunity they provided. Additionally, he was thankful to Kathy's House for offering a safe place for his family during his hospital stay.

A Visitation will be held on February 25, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N 10th St. The funeral services will begin after the Oneida Hymn singers with a lunch buffet provided at the Oneida Hotel in the Turtle and Wolf Room.
