Frank "Papa Hill" Hill, 61, De Pere, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning October 17, 2014 in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He was born August 23, 1953 to Betty Hill and the late William Hill. On January 7, 1984 he was united in marriage to Paulette Pantti. Frank enjoyed woodworking, and working in the garage on cars and snowmobiles. He also enjoyed all forms of racing, especially with his kids. Above all his family was his number one priority. Frank had worked at Fabrication Express in De Pere. He is survived by his wife Paulette, daughters; Megan Hill, Shannon (Brian) Kin, Sons; Erik (Fianc Rachel Baeten) Hill, Chris (Kelly) Hill, his adopted son Brandon Revolinski, his grandchildren Timmy, and Hailee, his mother Betty Hill, faithful companion Sammy, Grand puppy Reiger, and siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his father William. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street De Pere after 3pm on WEDNESDAY October 22, 2014.
