Frank R. Summers, 77, of Green Bay, passed away on Monday afternoon May 17, 2010 at a local nursing home. The son of the late Frank and Margaret (Smith) Summers, Sr. was born May 10, 1933 in Oneida. On May 21, 1963 he married the former Pat King in Menominee, MI. Frank lived a storied life. While living in California, he worked at Hughes Aircraft and McDonald-Douglass Aircraft for eleven years. He enjoyed golfing while he lived in California. He and Pat moved back to Oneida in 1995, and she preceded him in death on July 14, 2009. Survivors include his brother, Richard Summers, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Pat, and his siblings, Arnold and Ernestine "Phyllis" Hill, and Hartman Summers as well as his cousins.
