Geneva "Jenny" Emily (Johanski) Buchanan died peacefully at the age of 95 on Tuesday, December 24, 2013. She was born on May 12, 1918 to the late Lottie and Joseph Johanski in De Pere, WI. She worked for several years at Kraft Cheese where she met her husband to be Merlin Buchanan. They were married in 1947 at Old St. Joseph Church in De Pere, WI. She had three sons and continued to work part-time at Green Bay Canning. She was preceded in death by her husband Merlin Buchanan, sister and brother-in-law Bernice and Warren Lemerond, sister and brother-in-law Helen and Carl Sanders, son and daughter-in-law Joseph and Bonnie Buchanan, and her aunts and uncles. She is survived by her two sons: Robert (Janet) Buchanan, Charles (Jean) Buchanan, seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere, WI.
