Georgia Ann Hill, 73 years old was released from her responsibilities here on earth on Friday, May 19, 2023. She peacefully started her next journey while her husband held her hand and was surrounded by her family who loved her dearly. Georgia was born on January 1, 1950, the daughter of Howard and Luella (Doxtator) Denny.

Georgia united into marriage with her best friend James Lee Hill (Jimmy) on October 25, 1969. Georgia is survived by her husband Jimmy and their 4 children Ricky (Bobbi Jo) Hill, Rodney (Jenni) Hill, Troy (Bree) Hill and Tracey (Juan) Cordova. Sisters Darlene Denny, Arlene (Al) Pamanet. Sister in-laws Florence (Steve) Petri, Isabell Parker, Veronica Hill, Sarah (Dan) Hoffman and Eva Doxtator. Georgia is further survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Georgia loved all her family and appreciated everyone who helped her along during these past few months, especially Cory, Kotas & Talon, Asa Star, and our precious puppy Winston.

She is preceded in death by her mother Luella (Doxtator) Denny, her father Howard Denny, her sister Roberta Denny, and her brother Martin (Sonny mutt) Doxtator.

Georgia loved to visit with her family, she welcomed every new baby into the family with nothing less than a grandma's touch. Georgia enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks, gambling, attending her grandchildren's sports, a good fish fry, chicken dinners, going for rides, sitting outside during the Pow Wow to listen to the drumming, and most of all visiting with family. Georgia & Jimmy were always together, they were never apart. They were the real definition of true love. Georgia was a woman of faith and always encourage her family to pray and believe in God. Georgia was a strong woman and can be known for her crazy sense of humor. It is almost certain that everyone who knew her can share a funny memory. She loved to reminisce and laugh with her family.

Family and friends may visit at St. Joseph Parish, Oneida, 145 St Joseph Drive, Hobart, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at the St. Joseph Cemetery.

There were many special caring and compassionate people in her life that help Georgia during her final moments. The entire staff at St. Vincent's hospital, especially in the ICU unit made it possible for James to be right by her side holding her hand while making her peaceful journey. Georgia's teachings and unconditional love will forever carry on inside each of us.
