Gladys B. Jentz, nee De Wane, 87, De Pere, passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015. She was born on April 4, 1928 in Green Bay, WI to the late Thomas Francis and Angeline (Bos) De Wane. Gladys worked as a secretary for Walt Disney Productions in Burbank, CA for many years. She also was a Financial secretary for Glendale Unified School District, Glendale, CA. Gladys was an avid reader and loved movies. She had a keen eye for elegant fashion. Gladys is survived by a daughter, Constance (Mike) Snyder, Albuquerque, NM; two brothers, Gordon De Wane, Green Bay, and Abbot Thomas De Wane, Raymond, MS; a sister, Marilyn Marsh, Virginia Beach, VA; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Jentz; her parents; and sister, Lois (John) Cawley, Los Angeles, CA. Friends and family are asked to gather at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, WI on Wednesday, May 20 (TODAY) beginning at 4:00pm. At 7:00pm a prayer service will be held to bring the evening to a close. Visitation will continue on Thursday, May 21, 2015 at St. Willebrord Catholic Church, 209 S. Adams Street, Green Bay, after 9:00am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am, Abbot Thomas De Wane O. Praem, officiating, with Fr. Andrew Cribben, O. Praem, concelebrating.
