Harold A. Dorn, 79, Green Bay, went with the angels to heaven on March 20, 2011. Harold was born in Stockbridge on Sept. 29, 1931, to Pat and Ruby (Peterson) Dorn. Harold married the love of his life Dorothy (Sue) Wauters on April 29, 1950, at Immaculate Conception Church in Oneida. They celebrated a 60th anniversary in 2010 with the family.
Harold was employed at US Paper Mill, De Pere, for 16 years. He left to start his own real estate business, Jet Realty, in Ashwaubenon and retired from Jet Realty in 1987.
Harold enjoyed traveling in his motor home across the country, and also his trips to Europe and Hawaii. He especially loved Florida because he could always be warm there. He also loved playing cards with his friends and family. Harold enjoyed his "sweets" and has passed that on to all of his children.
Harold is survived by his wife, seven children, Andy (Barb), Mike (Linda), Dona (James) Persson, Jerry (Julie), Tom (Maggie), Tim (Peggy), and Sandy (Bob) Sokol; 20 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. He is also the oldest of six children and survived by his sisters and brother, Alice Schuh, John (Jan) Dorn, and Anita Kersten; and sister-in-law Dora Wauters.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents, his mother and father-in-law Victor and (Clara) Hayes Wauters, his twin sister Helen, a brother Andrew, brothers-in-law Charles Wauters, James Kersten, and brother and sister-in-law Theresa and Gerald Vevoren.
