Harold "Butch" Thyssen, 77, Ashwaubenon, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday January 18, 2017. He was born June 10, 1939 to the late Joseph and Minnie (Albers) Thyssen. He married Donna R. Vanden Bush. Butch retired from the Village of Ashwaubenon. He and Donna enjoyed traveling, and going to the cabin. He was also an avid fisherman. Time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren is what he enjoyed the most though. He is survived by his children; Jim (Nan) Thyssen, Randy Thyssen, and Dan (Lori Mornelli) Thyssen. His grandchildren; Joey (Brittany), Heather, Justin, Mitchell, Nick, Amber, Autumn, Wyatt, Cassandra (Josh), Kara, Lexi, James, and Crystal. His great grandchildren; Haleigh, Baxtin, Bentley, Preston, Aydin, and Jayze. Butch's siblings also survive him, Earl (Donna) Thyssen, Jean (Bob) Francis, Ralph (Carol) Thyssen, Joanne (Ken) Ver Hoven, Janice (Jim) Jordan, as well as his sister in law Teenie Thyssen. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna, his son Thomas, daughter in law Kelly Waite, and brother Hank Thyssen. Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N.
