Obituary

Harry H. Baird, 81, Oneida, passed away peacefully Thursday evening, May 29, 2025, surrounded by his family.

He was born on September 14, 1943, to the late Harry and Evelyn (Webster) Baird.

Harry was united in marriage to Patricia Cooper in Green Bay in 1978.

Harry worked at various jobs through the years. His last employment was as a Transit Driver for the Oneida Transit Department for several years.

He enjoyed going to Flea Markets and thrifting, traveling, woodworking, Deer hunting, and classic country music. When Harry was younger, he had a 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner, that transitioned into him collecting Die-cast cars. His family will remember his great cooking, especially Chili.

He is survived by his wife Patricia, his children from his first marriage; Dan (Johnnie) Baird, Julie (Karen) Baird, and Tina Baird, and his daughter with Patricia Neva Baird. Five grandchildren, his brother Lee (Kelly) Baird, his special niece Brenda, as well as other nieces, nephews, and cousins survive him.

Harry was preceded in death by his by his parents Harry and Evelyn (Webster) Baird, his brother Richard (Eunice) Baird, and his niece Crystal.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home from 4:00PM – 7:00PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Burial will take place on Friday, June 6th at the Oneida Sacred Burial Grounds at 11:00AM.
