Helen "Jane" Milquet, 89, of De Pere, passed away on Wednesday , January 28, 2009 at a local nursing home, with Pat Franzke, her sister-in-law, at her side. The daughter of the late Henry and Mary (Hocks) Hockers was born on the family farm in De Pere on November 15, 1919. She married Richard Milquet on February 27, 1960 at St. Joseph Church, De Pere. He preceded her in death on January 28, 2004. Jane enjoyed country and western music, watching TV, and visiting with friends. Survivors include several sisters-in-law, including Patricia Franzke, Kaukauna, and nieces and nephews, including Mary Harper, Norma VandeWalle, Frank Hockers, and Martin Hockers, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, Bill, Walter, and Robert, and one sister, Alma. Friends may call at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 So. Michigan Street, De Pere from 10:00 to 11:00 am on Saturday, January 31, 2009. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Saturday at the church with Father John H. Harper, officiating.
