Irene "Gma" Louise (Elm) Hill, 86, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. She was born August 18, 1926 in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of the late Frissell and Angie (Smith) Elm.
Irene was an avid Packer fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR racing. She also enjoyed travelling and camping all over Wisconsin.
Irene is survived by her son Timothy (Laura) Hill; daughter Susan (Herb) Betters, 17 grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; her nieces/daughters Patsy Elm and Sandy Elm. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Sylvester Dennison Hill; sons: Floyd, Larry, Russell, and Richard Sr; her brothers Norman and Emil Elm; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at RYAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere. Oneida singers at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday, February 9, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Fr.
