Isabella "Bella" Jean Leonard-Seroogy, 2 months, passed away, Thursday, August 7, 2014. She was born May 19, 2014 in Green Bay, the daughter of David Leonard and Michelle Seroogy. Bella is survived by her parents David and Michelle; siblings Carter and Sophie; grandparents: Jane, Brenda, Shelly, Marty, Quinton, and David; great grandmothers: Iris and Sophie; aunts, uncles, and cousins.
