Isabelle Fries, 96, De Pere, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 14, 2012. She was born May 7, 1916 in Chicago, IL, a daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Peterkin) Brown. She was married to Robert Fries in 1938 and they resided in Racine, WI and later in Milwaukee. Isabelle was a member of Preble Park Presbyterian Church until its closing and then became a member of First United Presbyterian Church, De Pere. Isabelle is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Ed) Crary, Green Bay; grandchildren, Linda Crary, Milwaukee, Robert (Tracy) St. Charles IL, and Scott (Leah), Wrightstown. "Great" will be fondly remembered by her great grandchildren, Chandler, Parker, William and Heather. Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and two infant children, Robert and Carol. Isabelle will be laid to rest next to her husband with a service on Friday, July 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center West North Chapel, 13235 W.
