Jack Osol, 69, of Appleton, passed away on Wednesday, April 15th, 2015 after a long battle with ALS. Jack was the son of the late Ed and Sylvia (Jankowsky) Osol and he was born in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey on January 6, 1946. He was a proud member of the U.S. Air Force and attended Marquette University. Jack was married to his college sweetheart, Patricia (Boysen) Osol for 44 years. He was employed by Siemens for 38 years.
Jack was an avid sports fan, whether it was cheering for his children on the sidelines, coaching or yelling at the TV from his comfy chair.
His family includes his wife, Pat, children Krista Osol, Nik (Amy Lorinser) Osol, grandchildren Brynn and Nora, brother Robert (Kathy Osol), nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Friends may call at St. Edward Catholic Church in Mackville on Friday, April 24th, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. A parish prayer service will be held at 7:00 P.M. to conclude the evening. Visitation will continue at 10:00 A.M. Saturday followed by a 11:00 A.M. mass of Christian Burial with Father Walter Stumpf officiating.
