Jack R. Rocque, 77, Green Bay, passed away on February 19, 2018 surrounded by his family. Jack was born in Green Bay on November 12, 1940 to the late John Rocque and Vesta Williams. He is a graduate of Green Bay East High School. On May 12, 1962 Jack married Sharon Prefontaine at St. Mary of the Angel's Church in Green Bay. He worked at SuperValu for 35 years in the warehouse and was a longtime member of Teamsters Local 75. Jack enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife and family at their cabin up north and on vacations. He was a lifelong Badgers and Packers fan. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Sharon Rocque; their children, Michael Rocque, Debra Burzinski and Dennis Rocque; grandchildren and great grandchildren: Patrick, Jason and Stephanie Rocque; Rebecca Rocque (special friend John Alexander) and her children: Destiny, Elijah and Emma; Cynthia Burzinski and her children: Kamarieon, Lazarieon, Lavonna and K'von; Josh and Jacob Burzinski; Samantha (Thomas) Duffield and their children: Evelyn and Conor; and Emily Rocque. Jack is further survived by siblings: Richard (Karen) Rocque, Sherry White, Connie (Pete) Walton, Kathy (Steve) VanderGeeten; his aunt Joan (Rocque) Miller; brother-in-law Gary (Judy) Prefontaine Jack (Chong) Forrest. He is further survived by many nieces, and nephews, and his closest and longtime friends Jim (Chris ) Smeester and family. In addition to his parents, Jack is preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Leonard (Norella) Prefontaine and Gordon Forrest. Family and friends may visit on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM at Ryan Funeral Home & Crematory, 305 N Tenth St., De Pere. Memorial Service will be held at 3:30.
