James "Harvey" Frank, 65, of De Pere, passed away peacefully on Wednesday February 24, 2010, with his family at his side. The son of the late Clarence and Inez (Reinke) Frank was born April 23, 1944 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
As a young man Harvey served his country in the U.S. Army. He was then employed by the Hostess Corporation before happily retiring several years ago. Harvey was a fun loving, happy man who enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved hunting, fishing, playing cribbage, time spent with his friends at Lake Poygan, and his dog, Cy. Harvey was a devoted father and his children were the light of his life. He was one of a kind and will never be replaced.
Survivors include his children, Matthew Frank, Katie Frank and her special friend Jeff Brasch, his partner Lois Lensmeyer, her children, Davi Ann Mueller and Lance Mueller, siblings Carol and Jim Goheen, Ronnie Frank, Linda and Bob Lakins, Rick and Peggy Frank, Peggy and Phil Tritt, and Kay and Mark Erdman, as well as many nieces and nephews.
