James Allen Worlund, 69, passed peacefully to his Heavenly Father in the early hours of Wednesday, November 27, 2024. The son of Roger and Joan (Kroll) Worlund, he was born in Wisconsin Rapids on February 4, 1955.

Growing up in Racine, James experienced an adventurous and loving childhood with his siblings and neighborhood friends where he attended St. John's Lutheran and Horlick High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

On April 26, 1980, James married Bonnie Cleven at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Oneida. Together Bonnie and James enjoyed a loving 44-year marriage.

James spent most of his career in the automotive industry as both a car salesman and sales manager. His hobbies included cars and spending time on or around water, but his most treasured time involved quality time spent with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, his daughter and son-in-law Carissa and Shane Payant of Sobieski; son and daughter-in-law Jonathan and Kathleen Worlund of Allouez; eight grandchildren, Elijah, Odin, Finnley, and Zeke Payant and Broderick, Abel, Silas, and Collette Worlund; brother and sister-in-law Thom and Alison Worlund of Tacoma, WA, and two sisters and brothers-in-law Nancy and Gary Solfest of Racine and Susan and Troy Kirkland of Salem, OR; aunt and uncle Kay and Peter Hansen of Madison, WI and uncle John Runke of Stevens Point, WI along with nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Roger and Joan, and grandparents.

Family and friends may visit at Life Bridge Christian Church, 2496 Glendale Avenue, Green Bay, beginning at 11:00 AM on December 7th, 2024 with a memorial service to begin at 12:00 PM.
