Jane Catherine Brown, 82, passed away peacefully at her home after a long, 7-year battle with Parkinson’s dementia on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, with family by her side. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on October 8, 1943, to Lester and Mary (Kane) Garner.

Jane is survived by her husband; Rod, two daughters; Heidi Brown and Holly Brown Greaves; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother, Abbot Emeritus Joel Garner O.Praem.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, her sister, and her niece.

Family and friends may call to Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church, 2270 S. Oneida Street, Green Bay, WI 54304 on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. and continuing until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. with Abbot Emeritus Joel Garner O.Praem. officiating.
