Janet A. McDonough passed away peacefully on Friday July 7, 2017 at Angels on Arcadian Assisted Living, De Pere. She was born January 19, 1937 in Green Bay to Richard and Priscilla (Gardner) McDonough. Janet graduated from St. Joseph Academy, and was a lifelong resident of De Pere as well as a lifelong member of St. Joseph (Our Lady of Lourdes) Catholic Church, De Pere. Janet had a great love for music, especially opera. She won the Texaco Opera Quiz three times. She was an avid reader, and loved animals. Janet enjoyed taking photos of friends, relatives, and scenery. She also enjoyed painting. Janet enjoyed working at the Curative Workshop for many years. She is survived by her sister Leone (Ronald) Franzen, as well as many cousins. Her parents preceded her in death. Friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N.
