Janet "Jenny" Prischmann (nee: Baril), 80, passed away peacefully on Monday morning June 6, 2016. She was born July 13, 1935 to the late Garnet and Effie (Morissette) Baril. Jenny was a 1954 graduate of West De Pere High School. In 1958 she was united in marriage to George Vander Leest Jr., and he preceded her in death due to a plane crash. Jenny then married Clinton Prischmann, and that marriage ended in divorce. She had worked for JJ Security as well as Younkers in Moline, IL. before moving back to De Pere in September of 2012. She is survived by her sisters, Jean (Stewart) Bianchi, Joan Clark, Phyllis (Michael) Stiles, Ellyn Baril, her sister in law Marlene Borchardt, as well as her favorite aunt Gladys School, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jenny was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, step mother, Susan Oertel, as well as her siblings, Geraldine (Sam) Atkinson, Russell (Dorothy) Baril, Raymond Baril, Leland (Marian) Baril, Harland Baril, Brian Baril and brother in law Wayne "Buck" Clark. Friends may call after 6:00pm (Today) Wednesday at the First Congregational, United Church of Christ, De Pere, until a memorial service at 7:00pm with Pastor Jan Davis officiating.
