Jeffrey John Olson (46), of Suring, WI, passed away on April 25th after a battle with stomach cancer.

Born on January 24, 1980, Jeff was the son of Jack and Judi Olson. They provided a happy childhood for Jeff and his siblings Jamie and Jesse, growing up on a farm, camping, and many vacations. Jeff loved all things farming and is a 1998 Suring High School graduate. He worked in construction for his uncle Tom Treml which inspired him to go to UW-Platteville. Jeff has a degree in Building Construction Management and has stayed close with many of his college friends.

Jeff worked as a service manager, technician and semi driver for CPR Services in De Pere over the last 18 years. He loved truckin', especially in Door County and knew almost every county highway in Northeastern Wisconsin by heart and was always waving to passers by.

He was passionate about dirt bikes, Dodge diesels, collecting farm toys, attending Hodag Country fest every year with a great group of friends and kayaking and camping with family. He was an adventurer who was always up for a new experience. His close relationship with his nephew and nieces Jack, Jacey and June Neils was a source of pride for Jeff. He loved joking around, but also tried to be a role model to them.

Jeff is survived by the love of his life that he found later in life, Jodie Blumreich, his parents Jack and Judi Olson, sister Jamie Neils (Justin), brother Jesse Olson (Dana Bodway), nephew and nieces Jack, Jacey, June, Morgan and Taylor, many loved aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bob and Betty Olson and Terry and Louis Pansier, uncles Tom Treml and Greg Olson and cousin Drew Olson.

A visitation will be held at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth St, De Pere, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturday, May 2nd. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 am. Jeff loved to wear baseball caps and all are encouraged to wear one to the service (the curvier the brim, the better).
