Jeffrey James Metheny, 32, passed away at home in Green Bay, Wisconsin on February 8, 2026. He was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on May 17, 1993, to the late Rosetta Thomas and Michael Metheny.

Jeff moved to Wisconsin as a child and during his teenage years, lived in Florida. It was there he made lots of friends and also met his wife. Together they had a daughter before coming back to Wisconsin where he later had 3 more children.

Jeff liked to work on cars and loved his motorcycle. He had opened a business called M&M Customs Unlimited. Jeff liked gaming, cooking and was a Baltimore Ravens fan. He was also big on family, like his mother, and especially enjoyed spending time with his kids, nieces and nephews. Being community oriented, he was an advocate for young, troubled kids. He was always helping people when he could.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Angel Buck; his children Aniya, Gary, Betty, Angelo, and Devin. He is further survived by his father Michael Metheny; his sister Elizabeth (Micheal); his nieces & nephews Azaliah, Emahni, Michael Jr, Marcus, Marshaun, Journee, Tay and Serenity; his brother Micheal (Melissa); his nieces and nephews Hailey, Mikey, Chevy and Nova; his brother Tyron; his nephew Tyron Jr; his sister Janeisha; his brother Mikelle (Marsheria) and his special friends Angelo, Jay and Will.

Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Rosetta Thomas; grandfather Gary Thomas; grandmother Betty Metheny; uncles Tracy Thomas, Jeff Thomas, Charlie Metheny; and his cousin Paul Metheny.

Family and friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street, De Pere, WI from 5:00pm on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, until the time of service at 7:00pm.
