IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jessica Marie
Nishimoto
October 2, 1982 – March 9, 2024
Jessica Marie Nishimoto, 41, of Oneida, Wisconsin, peacefully passed away on March 9, 2024, following a courageous battle with Cerebral Palsy and complications of aspiration pneumonia. Jessica was born on October 2, 1982, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to loving parents Ian K. Nishimoto and Kim R. Cornelius.
Jessica lived a life devoted to serving those around her with quiet strength and love. She touched the hearts of many with her infectious smiles and gentle spirit. In her earlier years, she brought joy to the residents of Anna John Nursing Home, where her presence brought comfort and happiness to those she visited. One resident expressed that Jessica's presence brought her happiness and purpose.
An active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Jessica found solace in attending Primary, where the children's voices brought her immense joy. Despite her physical limitations, she would join in their laughter and smiles, finding peace in their company.
Jessica was a cherished big sister to her siblings, Justin Nishimoto (Francesca), Adam Nishimoto (Kirsten), and Keilani Nishimoto, Nephews, Caden, Gabriel, Israel, Samuel, and Niece, Luella. Though she couldn't walk or speak, her love and presence were deeply felt by her family. Her gentle spirit and kind nature will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Jessica fought valiantly and has now completed her earthly mission.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 15, 2024, from 9:00 am to 10:15 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, located at N6135 Seminary Rd in Oneida, followed by a memorial service from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, is assisting the Nishimoto Family. To extend online condolences, please visit www.ryanfh.com.
