Joan M. Orde, passed away peacefully, Sunday November 28, 2021, with Jody and Doug sharing in her final journey. She was born to the late Skip and Lil Kellerman on March 13, 1935, in West De Pere. Joan graduated from Nicolet High School with the nickname TNT… Trim, Neat, & Tiny. She married Jerry Orde on September 7, 1957, at St. Boniface Catholic Church in West De Pere. Together they were instrumental in the creation of St. Joseph Pantry. Joan worked at the parish pantry for 10 years. In her free time, she enjoyed golfing, even achieving a hole in one at Mid Valley. During retirement years, she spent countless enjoyable hours volunteering at Rennes Nursing Home in De Pere. She touched so many hearts with her collection of crazy hats. The residents never knew what to expect next from her. Their smiles meant everything to her. Joan is survived by her children; Kevin (Sue) Orde, Jody (Doug) Jorgensen, and Patty (Harold) Trinkner. Two granddaughters, Leah, and Leslie Jorgensen. Joan is further survived by her brother Jack (Alice) Kellerman, and grand dog Sophie. Those that went before her were her husband Jerry, son Scott, her parents, a brother Richard (Lucille) Kellerman, two sisters-in-law, Thelma Kellerman, and Sally Kellerman, as well as her niece Lisa Kellerman. Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, De Pere after 9:00AM Friday, December 3, 2021 until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM with Fr. James Baraniak O.Praem. officiating, Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere is assisting the family. Kevin and Jody would like to thank Patty Harold and Skeeter. You were always her special angels on earth. The employees at Emerald Bay made her last days comfortable. Randy, Ana, Lindsay & Markia, you truly are what caregivers should strive to be. Special thanks also to Heartland Hospice. Amy, Marcia, and Nadine, your care and support will never be forgotten. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Green Bay Humane Society in Joan's name.
