Joe died unexpectedly at his home on November 22, 2016. He was born May 4, 1961 to John and Jeanne Kiefer in Green Bay, WI. Joe was a graduate of the Premontre High School, class of 1980. His hobbies were playing pool and ping pong, riding his bike all over town and hunting and fishing. Joe was an avid Packer fan and loved wearing his grandfather's overcoat to the games. He also loved spending time at the family cottage near Lakewood. Joe is survived by his parents, John and Jeanne Kiefer, brothers Jack (Michelle), Tom (Barb), Paul (Nancy), and sisters Molly (Jeff) Welker, and Barb (Jeff) Seidl. He enjoyed spending time with all of his nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Ryan Funeral Home. The family will hold a private mass officiated by Bishop Robert Morneau.
