John T. Dennison, Oneida, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 28, 2022. He was born April 3, 1932 in Morgan Siding, Kentucky, to the late John and Leva Dennison. John served his country in the U.S. Army from 1951 - 1952. He married Elizabeth "Betty" Smith. John worked for Yellow Freight as an over the road driver. He was a proud member of the Oneida VFW and the Masons, Lodge 851. John is survived by his wife Betty, their children; John (Diane) Dennison, and Kenneth (Pamela) Dennison. Grandchildren; Linda Marie, John III, Billy, Timothy, Matthew, and Grace, as well as great grandchildren and two siblings, Betty Jean, and Donald. John was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Kenneth, and Randall. Friends may call from 4:00PM Sunday, March 6th at Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, with the Oneida Hymn Singers at 6:30PM, Prayer service led by Deacon Deborah Heckel at 7:00PM, and military honors to follow. The family requests no flowers or plants please, all memorials should be directed to the American Diabetes Association.
