Jonathan Earl Blackman, 50, of De Pere, passed away into eternal life on Wednesday April 24, 2019 at 8:30PM. He was born September 19, 1968 to Gloria Blackman and the late James Ray Blackman Sr. On April 3, 1999 he was united in marriage to Emily Blackman. Jon had a big personality as well as a love of adventure and a generous heart. Had a great way to make people laugh, with his views on everyday life. Not always politically correct, but always real and loyal to a fault. He is survived by his wife of twenty years; Emily, his loyal dog Oreo, his mom; Gloria (Tom), siblings; Jay (Debra) Blackman, Ruth (Dan) Schulz, and Jeff (Michelle) Blackman. Nieces and nephews; Rebekah (Brandon) Huckeby, Nathaniel (Ally) Blackman, Jeremiah Schulz, Natalie Blackman, Victoria Blackman, Alex Blackman, and Oliver Blackman. He was preceded in death by his father; Jim Blackman. Private services were held on Saturday April 27, 2019. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere assisted the family.
