Joyce R. Andersen (95) earned her angel wings on Friday, July 7, 2023. She is survived by her children, Kay Breuninger (Fran), Loree Andersen, Joe Andersen, Sue Andersen, Cherie Wesa (Scott), Julie Larson (Casey). As well as her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Andrea Pelka (Chris), Evie, George, Ben Breuninger (Kathryn), Adelyn, Ellie, Charlie, Orletha Andersen (Karim), Aria, Cheryl Andersen (Chris), Jackson, Russell Dupuis (Mary), Mitchell, Jocelyn, Sarah Dupuis (Jim), Kimberly, Maria Balthazor (Cameron), Kirsten Huffman (Alex) and her sister Audrey LaPLante.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cliff, her parents Peter and Tillie Rosman and her brother Dewey Rosman.

Joyce lived most of her life in Green Bay, but spent the last 30 years in Florida and was a much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and woman of faith. Joyce's schafskopf-playing friends of 50 years are happy to be dealing her in the game again!

Family and friends may gather on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at 9:00 am until 11:00 am at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth St. Green Bay WI. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 am with Father Patrick Beno officiating.

Joyce will be fondly remembered by all as a gracious hostess, quiet peacemaker and selfless caregiver. We are comforted knowing God will be taking care of her now.
