Judy Torres, age 59 of Green Bay passed away Tuesday evening October 23, 2012 surrounded by her family. She was born July 19, 1953 to Alice Denny and the late Manuel F. Torres Sr. Judy was a 1971 graduate of West De Pere High School. She loved the outdoors, whether hiking, running in charity runs or playing baseball. Judy volunteered her time for many different events. Her enthusiasm for life was contagious to her siblings, seventy plus nieces and nephews and many friends. She is survived by her mother; Alice Torres, her siblings, Mother Superior Alicia Torres TCG, Susan Torres, Manuel (Camille Taylor) Torres Jr., Linda Torres and Richard Ackley, Michael Torres, Nancy Torres, William (Sandy) Torres, Joanne (Greg) Torres, Carol (Rick Laes) Torres, Joseph Torres, Karen Torres, and Rick Torres. Judy is further survived by her seventy plus nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and one great great nephew. Her uncle Larry (Kay) Flores and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her father Manuel F. Torres Sr., her grandparents as well as aunts and uncles. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street in De Pere from 4 8pm Friday October 26, 2012. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing from 6:30pm to 7:00pm. Visitation will continue after 9am on Saturday at the funeral home until time of service at 11am with Deacon Bobby Doxtator officiating burial in the Oneida Nation Cemetery.
