Kathy Salter, 68, of Green Bay , died Friday July 10, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born January 18, 1947 in Fond du Lac to Ray and Jean Burgess. She is survived by her husband, Ray Salter, children, John and Cindy Kolstad, Amy and Mark Schiltz, Robin Salter-VanderVest and her special friend, Steve Blackford, Melissa Salter- Duvall and Matt Duvall, as well as seven grandchildren, Nicole and Katelyn Schiltz, Avree, Fischer and Addy VanderVest, Kaya and Cecelia Duvall. She is also survived by 2 sisters, Barbara (Dick) Pawsat, Santa Anna, CA and Charlotte (Jim) Koeck, Fond du Lac, as well as nieces and nephews.
