Kenneth J. "Ken" Hermsen, 81, West De Pere, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2015. The son of the late Leslie and Sarah (Johnson) Hermsen was born on September 18, 1933 in West De Pere. On October 7, 1961 he married the former Mary Ann Laack. Ken served his country in The United States Army. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Packers, and spending time with his family. Ken will be deeply missed by his wife, Mary Ann; his children, Richard (Elise) Hermsen, Scott (Joan) Hermsen, Michelle Hermsen; three grandchildren, Elissa, Emily, and Eric; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Charlene Carlin, Lorna Hayes, Richard Hermsen. Friends and family are encouraged to gather at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, on Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 11:00am until 1:00pm, when a memorial service will be held.
