Kenneth "Ken" R. Schuldes, 85, De Pere, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at a local nursing home. Ken was born in Green Bay, WI on October 14, 1927, a son of the late Carl and Helen (Bader) Schuldes. Ken served his country in the U.S. Navy. In 1946 he married the former Marjorie A. Garot. Ken enjoyed being an electrical estimator for the Wisconsin Public Service having retired in 1988 after 37 years. He spent many hours volunteering at the St Vincent De Paul in the book department. Ken cherished his time at the cottage on Grindle Lake with his family. Ken is survived by his wife Marjorie Schuldes; children: Robert Schuldes, Sr, Meredith (Joe) Verrier, Jo-Ann (Lawrence) Mikulsky, and John (Sherry) Schuldes; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sisters-in-law Phyllis (Ronald) Benz, and Cleo Schuldes. He was preceded in death by his parents; son David Schuldes; brother Carl Schuldes; granddaughter Margie Schuldes; and two great grandchildren.
