Lane Harris, 25, of De Pere, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, August 17, 2010 as a result of a car accident. He was born March 27, 1985 in Syracuse, NY and was the son of Susan (Wilmsen) Harris and the late Brett Harris. Lane was a graduate of De Pere High School, Class of 2003. Lane loved life, liked to fish and was an avid Packer Fan. He enjoyed music and professional wrestling. He was a great family member and a devoted friend. Lane had a huge heart and was a generous friend to all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his loving and devoted mother, Susan Harris, his brother and best friend, Blake, Ray, as well as grandparents, Robert and Marjorie Harris, aunts, uncles and cousins, Rick and Tracy Harris (Kristen and Greg), Dave and Jesse Harris (Jeff and Ashley), Todd and M.J. Harris (K.T.), Linda and Rick Geschrei (Cristine), Fred and Kelly Wilmsen (Michaeleen, Molly, Annaliese and Estee), Tracy and Joe Kandravi (Joey, Timmy, Sara, Mackenzie, and Sweet Caroline). Lane is also survived by special relatives, Millie, Laura, Amy, Derek, Marlene, Rick and Ronnie, as well as his close friends, Andy, Jonathon, Steve and Bryan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Jean Wilmsen and one cousin, Kristen Lucy Harris.
