Laurel Belleau, 76 of Green Bay, WI died peacefully on May 11, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born on December 17, 1949, to the late Floyd and Loleta Williams. She moved to Omro when she was young, and she graduated from Omro high School in 1968. She went on to cosmetology school where she graduated in 1969. She worked at Regis Hair Salon for many years until her retirement.

Laurel was incredibly artistic and spent many hours crafting and scrapbooking. Her family received many personalized hand made cards and gifts. Family was everything to Laurel, especially her daughter Stephanie. Her faith was very important to her as well. She was a devoted member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Green Bay.

She is survived by her daughter Stephanie, sister and brothers Cindy (Charlie) Guyette, Loren Williams, and Chris (Kathy) Williams, as well as her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many other cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, numerous aunts and uncles, and her infant granddaughter, Grace.

Family and friends may come to call on Wednesday, May 20 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 533 S Webster Street, Green Bay, for visitation from 10:00am to 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held immediately following visitation at 11:00 am with Pastor Ben Enstad officiating. Burial will follow at Nicolet Memorial Gardens.
