Leanissia "Buggs" Rae Webb (Hill) resident of Green Bay, WI passed away on September 15, 2021. She was born on January 15, 1964 to Frieda Hill (Nicholas) & Clarence Hill Sr. Green Bay, WI. Buggs attended NWTC. She was married but separated from husband Michael Webb, Seattle, WA. She was a Gaming Supervisor for 10 years, then the best stay at home Mom, Aunt & Sister her family could ask for. Buggs was a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin and enjoyed loving up her family, cooking, sewing, and her Green Bay Packers. She is survived by her Children: Sabrea Hill and Trent Hill, plus many who she claimed and raised. She would not go happy without mentioning the many very Special Nieces & Nephews. Siblings, Joyce Yealey, Laneva "Kayo" Hill, Marie Andrews, Renee "Lynn" Lake, Carol (Russell) Stevens, Clarissa (Ron) Glenzer. She was preceded in death by her father, mother & brothers Clarence "Butch" Hill and John Krumrei. Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021. A service will conclude visitation at 6:00 p.m. with Brian Stevens presiding.
