Leon Robert Brisk, 74, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024. He was born in Sturgeon Bay on April 27, 1949 to Gustav and Electa (Johnson) Brisk. Leon was a graduate of Sturgeon Bay High School. Leon served in the army during the Vietnam war. And served 2 tours. He worked for many years as a long haul truck driver, and worked for the Oneida Tribe DPW. He finally retired from Aero Concrete.

Leon was an avid fisherman, and he loved watching his favorite teams; the Packers, the Brewers and the Bucks. When he wasn't watching sports, he enjoyed listening to country music, especially Johnny Cash. Leon also enjoyed playing bingo at the casino and spending time with his grandchildren.

Leon is survived by his soulmate, Rosemary, as well as his children, Jaymz and Jasmine, sisters Patricia and Alice, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is further survived by special cousins Eli and Floyd.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gustav and Electa, his siblings, James, Mildred, Wanita and Donald, as well as his nephews, Leo, Edward, and Theodore, and his great-nephews David and James.

Family and friends may call at Holy Apostle Episcopal Church, 2937 Freedom Rd, Oneida from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 10, 2024. The Oneida Hymn singers will begin their song service at 10:30 AM and the funeral will begin immediately following at 11:00 AM with Father James Biegler officiating.
