Leona "Lee" E. Cloud, age 90 of De Pere passed away peacefully on Saturday morning May 14, 2011. She was born March 28, 1921 to the late Carl and Julia (Peterson) Jacobsen. On December 27, 1941 she married Walter Cloud Jr. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Green Bay. Lee was a very social person who lived life to the fullest and very much loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in De Pere. She is survived by her children; Bob (Linda) Cloud, of Greenleaf, and Karen Ambrose of Howard. Her three grandsons further survive her; Walter J. (Rachel) Cloud, Samuel R. (Abby) Cloud, Theodore C. (Fianc Alyssa) Cloud, and her four great grandchildren as well as her sister in law Jane Jacobsen. Lee was preceded in death by her husband Walter, and two brothers; Chester Jacobsen, and Orville (Aunt Brum) Jacobsen. Friends may call at the RYAN FUNERAL HOME 305 N. Tenth Street De Pere from 4 8pm on Thursday May 19, 2011. Visitation will continue from 9 11am Friday at St. John Lutheran Church 1700 Lost Dauphin Road De Pere. The Funeral Service celebrating Lee's life will be held at 11am with Pastors Brian and Andrea Cain officiating. A lunch will follow in the church hall.
