Lillian Bunkelman, 90, of De Pere, passed away quietly at home on Monday July 11, 2016. The daughter of the late John and Alice (Herlache) Delfosse was born January 11, 1926 in Forestville. She married Clayton DuBois on November 24, 1945 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, Rosiere. He preceded her in death on February 5, 1961. Lillian married Vern Bunkelman on February 12, 1965 and he preceded her in death on July 2, 1997. Lillian married Cyril Ullmer in January 23, 2006 and he preceded her in death on November 17, 2008.
Lillian was a graduate of Algoma High School. She farmed in the Sturgeon Bay area until she moved to Green Bay in 1962. Lillian then worked as a beautician at H.C. Prange Company. She enjoyed being a 4-H Leader when the kids were young. She also enjoyed playing cards and crafts. She was a member of the Knitters & Knotters. Many of her friends and family members were recipients of her handiwork. Lillian devoted many hours to charity work at St. Vincent De Paul. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
Survivors include her children Harlan (Linda) DuBois, Florida, Wayne (Joan) DuBois, Glidden, WI, Joan (Dave) Harvey, Park Falls, WI and Kim (Jeff) Janssen, De Pere, grandchildren, Lynette (Austin) Rampy, Erica (Sal) Izzo, Clayton DuBois, Mark (Heather) Harvey, Jason (Jenny) Harvey, Amber Harvey, Jordan (Liz) Janssen, Tara Janssen, Paul (Danielle) DuBois, great-grandchildren, Melanie and Sydney DuBois, Marissa Harvey, Tyler and Austin Rampy, Ryan Moreno, M.J. Kearaey, Emma and Nicholas Harvey, Parker and Charlotte Janssen, step-children, Connie Ullmer, Green Bay, Lisa (Tracy) Mullinix, Indiana, Jody Priest, Combined Locks, Kurt (Gail) Ullmer, step-grandchildren, Chris Priest and Bill Priest, step-great-grandchildren, Makayla Doucettes, Dakoyta Doucettes and Sarah Smith, one brother, John Delfosse, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Eunice (Millard) Delsart, one brother, Lloyd (Lorraine) Delfosse and one sister-in-law, Judy Delfosse.
Family and friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Family, 1307 Lourdes Avenue, De Pere from 8:30 to 10:30 am on Friday, July 15, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Friday with Father Tim Shillcox, O. Praem., officiating. Burial will be held Friday afternoon at Holy Name Cemetery, Maplewood.
