Obituary

Lisa R. Clark made her peaceful journey home on Saturday morning August 28, 2010 with her family at her side. A life-long DePerite, Lisa graduated from East De Pere High School and attended UW-Eau Claire. She started her career at Orthodontic Associates. For the past twenty-two years she enjoyed a rewarding career at Humana Dental. Her teammates were her second family and she formed many friendships there. Lis' nieces Amber, Ariel, Amanda, and Arissa and nephew Dylan were the joys of her life. Her family also includes her parents Ken and Shirley Clark of Couderay, WI, sister, LaRee Runnoe, favorite brother-in-law, Greg, and brothers, Darren and Kenny, and her special friends, Jo Ann, Kathy, Laurali, Shanna and Alex; numerous family and friends, and her special, sassy cat, Diva. Lisa's condition never dictated her life and she was always quick with a wink and a smile. Her zest and energy for life was an inspiration to anyone who met her. She would always look to those less fortunate than herself and would never feel sorry for herself. She was proud of her days on the Waterboard Warriors Ski Team. Lisa happily gave to her community and was a proud member of the Green Bay Parrothead Club, "Phins Up". Every year, she eagerly looked forward to the Pink Flamingo to "socialize". Her style, warmth, compassion, and zest for life will sadly be missed by all who love her. We love you forever and always, Lis; our lives will not be the same without you. We give special thanks to all our family and friends who have shown such great support and taken such good care of us over the past weeks. We are truly blessed. Special thanks also go out to the "Special Angels" of the Aurora Third Floor ICU and the special nurses at Unity Hospice; we truly appreciate the care you gave Lisa and our family. Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street De Pere from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Monday August 30, 2010. Visitation will continue after 9:30 am Tuesday at St. Mary Catholic Community on Pope John XXIII Circle off Sportsman Drive, Town of Ledgeview, until time of service. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am Tuesday at the Church with Father John H. Harper, officiating. Burial to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Please visit www.ryanfh.com to send online condolences to the Clark family. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund will be set up for Scleroderma Research and Lisa's favorite Charities.
