Lois M. Burns, 75, De Pere, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024. She was born on May 1, 1949 to the late William and Mary (Turriff) Rottier in Green Bay. She attended West De Pere High School. She married the love of her life Patrick J. Burns on November 10, 1973 at St. Josephs Catholic Church in De Pere.

Lois loved arts and crafts, drawing and singing. She also enjoyed cooking, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Lois is survived by her husband of 50 years, Patrick, and her children Brian (Sara), Pamela and Angela. She is also survived by her siblings, David (Bonnie) Rottier, Greg (Joyce) Rottier, John (Sue) Rottier, and Mary Ellen Smith. She is further survived by her husbands family, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by, her parents, her brother and sister-in-law Ben (Mary Jane) Rottier, and her brother-in-law Dudley Smith. She is further preceded by her father and mother-in-law Ralph (Grace) Burns.

Family and friends may come to call on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth Street De Pere, WI. A service will begin immediately following the visitation at 7:00 PM with Deacon Mike Vanderbloomen presiding.
