Lucille M. Hendricks, 77, of De Pere, passed away Sunday October 17, 2010 following a long battle with Alzheimer's. The daughter of the late Joseph and Lorraine (Gussert) Hendricks was born January 17, 1933 in Greenleaf. She married Kenneth Hendricks of West De Pere on November 10, 1956. The couple was married at St. Mary Church, Greenleaf.
Lou worked for St. Norbert College for thirty five years, first as a Manager of Housekeeping, and then as Coordinator of Capitol Projects. Lou loved to travel to Las Vegas, read Danielle Steele novels and create paper cuttings.
Survivors include her husband, Ken, two brothers Kenneth, De Pere, and Roger, Wrightstown, one sister, Bernice Fye, De Pere, one son, Richard (Julie), Maple Grove, MN, three daughters, Brenda (Lee) Kazik, Illinois, Debra Hammer, Eau Claire, Tammy (Jeff) De Bauche, De Pere, twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mrs. Bill (Janice) Bernetzke, one son, Tom Hendricks, one brother, Cyril Hendricks and one sister Elaine Spreeman,
Family and friends may call at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 305 North Tenth Street, De Pere, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Wednesday October 20, 2010. Visitation will continue Thursday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 am at Old St. Joe's Church on St. Norbert College Campus.
