On Sunday, December 21, 2014, heaven gained a beautiful angel. After fighting a long and courageous battle of a rare childhood cancer called neuroblastoma, Luella passed peacefully at her home in De Pere in the loving arms of her family. She is survived by her loving mother, Janet Kazik, her brothers, David (Emily), Matthew (Carmella), and Christopher Gallegos and her father Carlos Gallegos. Luella's ashes will be present during her Celebration of Life which will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 349 North Main St., Seymour, WI 54165 on Friday, January 2, 2015 with visitation between 2:00 and 3:30 PM and service to follow. In honor of Luella's wishes, please dress casual and colorful. We would like to thank everyone for their love and support throughout the past 6 years, especially the doctors and nurses who helped extend her beautiful life.
