Obituary

Maciel "Mac" Burns Rauch, 88, of De Pere, passed away Saturday, January 23, 2010. She was born January 21, 1922 in Booneville, Arkansas to the late Worman and Vesta Burns. She was a graduate of Fort Smith High School and Fort Smith City College. She was united in marriage to Hank Rauch in Fort Smith on March 13, 1944. She had been a resident of the Green Bay area since 1946. Mac spent 26 winters in Rancho Mirage, Ca. She was very civic minded and volunteered her time at numerous places, such as Bellin Hospital, St. Vincent Hospital, YWCA, YMCA, American Red Cross, and American Field Service. Mac is survived by her children; Fred Rauch of Scottsdale, Az., Terry (Deborah) Rauch of Manhattan Beach, Ca., and Holly (Steve) Crandall of Riverwoods, Il, as well as her two grandsons; Stephen (Laura) Crandall, and Jake Crandall. Friends may call at the Allouez Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel 2121 Riverside Drive, Green Bay after 12 Noon on Friday, January 29, 2010 until time of service at 1:30pm with Reverend Doctor Ted Tromble officiating.
