Manuel Jesse Torres, 69, Milwaukee, formerly of Oneida passed away on Thursday March 30, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born July 6, 1947 to the late Manuel F. and Alice (Denny) Torres. Jesse was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served in Vietnam. He is survived by his children; Ruth (Eric) Peterson, Ricardo Torres, Alicia (Glynn) Moore, Gabriella (Ricky) Hernandez, Rebecca (Joe) Wong, as well as his grandchildren. Jesse is further survived by his siblings; Mother Alicia Torres, Susan Torres, Linda (Richard) Torres, Michael Torres, Nancy Torres, William (Sandy) Torres, Joanne (Greg) Torres, Carol Torres, Joseph Torres, Karen Torres, and Ricardo Torres, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, and his children's mother Camille Taylor. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents; Manuel and Alice, his sister Jude, and nieces and nephew Ricky Torres, and Krystal Torres Smith. Friends may call at Church of the Holy Apostles 2937 Freedom Road, Oneida on Friday April 7, 2017 after 9:00AM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM with The Rev. Rodger L.
