Margaret F. Norton, 80, former resident of De Pere, WI, passed away peacefully on October 9, 2025. She was born in Chicago, Il on March 30, 1945, to the late Charles and Margaret (Campbell) Militello. She attended high school in Florence, MI, and after that, moved to Green Bay to continue her education for business administration. She worked at Prange Way and then continued to Associated Bank until her retirement.
Marge had a great sense of humor and loved cross-stitching, sudoku, crossword puzzles, and bowling. She also enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as going out for weekly dinner dates with her special friend, Ron. She was a Cub Scout leader for her son's troop and loved going to her TOPS meetings for many years. Marge was also a dedicated catechist at her parish, St. Joesph's in De Pere.
She is survived by her children, Mark Norton, and Lisa (Terry) Vander Linden, as well as her grandchildren Jenna, Brady, and Ethan Vander Linden. She is further survived by her sister Frances Staniak, and her nephew Tony Staniak.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charles Militello, and her special friend Ron Rozek
Private family services were held in Marge's honor.
Special thanks to ThedaCare Hospice and the wonderful staff at Willow Lane Assisted Living in Appleton, especially Mallory, who gave Mom so much love and attention.
