Mary A. Vander Logt, 93, De Pere, died peacefully with her family by her side Tuesday morning, June 29th. She was born May 8, 1928, in De Pere, WI. She was the daughter of John and Bertha (Cleven) Hendricks. Mary married Peter Vander Logt on August 24, 1948. Mom and Dad loved to travel throughout the United States and Europe and spending many winters in Mission Texas. Her homemade bread was a welcoming smell when we came into the house. Mom had a green thumb for all her flowers and gardening skills. Mary was a compassionate person who volunteered at Rennes Nursing Home. She is survived by her 8 children and their spouses: Pat (Chuck) Landwehr, Mike (Gloria), Mark (Jean), Rick (Karen), Pam (Dean) Fairey, Paula (Paul) Donarski, JoAnn Clark, and Steve. Mary was a loving grandma to Jesse (April), Katy, Scott (Tina), Gena (Andy), Jacob, Corey, Carrie (Kody), Chad (Stephanie), Chris, Aaron (Amanda), Jace (Brenda), Ben, Denise (special friend Chris), Renee (John), Amy (Brad), Brian (Emily), Amanda, Arissa, Alana, as well as 28 great grandchildren. Mom was preceded in death by her loving husband Pete, her parents, John and Bertha, her brother Ray, in-laws John and Theresa (Lock Schmidt) Vander Logt, and grandson in heaven Nathan.
