Mavis J. Garcia – Mendez, 67, New London, Passed away Monday, November 7, 2023. She was born July 18, 1956, to the late George and Minnie (Skenandore) Webster.

Mavis enjoyed making blankets for family and friends, as well as trying her luck at the casino. Her family was most important to her, and it was the visits and get-togethers with them that meant the most.

She is survived by her children Orville Jr. (Audra G.) Summers, and Tina Summers. Grandchildren; Marie, Orville III, Nancy, Duece, and Dennis. Mavis's good friend Isael Garcia – Mendez, as well as her siblings; George (Barb) Webster, Beverly (Ed) Skenandore, Roxanne Parker, Bernice (Armando) Sifuentes, Larry Fields, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Mavis was preceded in death by her parents, husband Joseph Valentino, son baby boy Summers, grandson Carlos, and siblings Kathy, Arlise, Leonard, and Elwood.

Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere from 11:00AM Saturday, November 11, 2023. The Oneida Hymn Singers will sing at 12:30PM followed by a service at 1:00PM.
