Michael V. Fritsch (Frenchy), 56, Greenleaf, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 27, 2016 at his home. Frenchy was born in Green Bay on March 14, 1960 to the late Victor (Anna) Fritsch. On August 25, 1984, he married Peggy Rotzenberg. Frenchy owned and operated Mike Fritsch Construction and Pheasant Run Preserve. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking with his family and friends and a good western. He was also actively involved in donating to many charities, especially St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Frenchy is survived by his wife of 32 years, Peggy; his daughter, Allison (special friend Justin); 9 brothers, Bill (Carol), Bob (Margorie), Dick (Mary), Paul (Sue), Dan (Connie), Larry, Joe (Denise), Tom (Kathleen), David (Tammy); 2 sisters, Mary (Duane) Petersen, Sandy (Lyle) Kerrigan. He is further survived by Peggy's family; Rick (Judy), Roger (Rene), Bob (Jo), Janet (Steve) Nies, Jim (Joan), Julie, Karl, John (Barb) and Peter; many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his loyal companion, Oscar. In addition to his parents, Frenchy is preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Thomas (Alice) Rotzenberg. Family and friends may visit Ryan Funeral Home, 305 N Tenth St., De Pere on Friday, September. 30, 2016 from 3 pm until 7 pm, a prayer service will conclude the evening. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, Oct. 1 at St. Clare Catholic Parish - St. Patrick Site, Askeaton with Fr. Brian Wideman officiating.
