Michael "Mike" James Vieau, 78, De Pere, passed away January 12, 2026. He was born October 8, 1947, to the late Myron and Cleo (Johnsen) Vieau.
Mike graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1966. He went on to serve his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.
In 1972 Mike was united in marriage to Bonita Blahnik at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
Mike retired from Proctor & Gamble after 33 years of service with the company. During his retirement years he had several jobs but landed his best job ever as a "Stay at home grandpa." His other passion besides his family was race cars, you would see Mike along with his brother Keith at the racetrack, usually on Sunday.
He is survived by his wife Bonita, and daughter Amy (fiancé Kurt Minten) Vieau. The two apples of his eyes (his grandchildren) Hallie (special friend Dustin) Novoselatz, and Timothy (special friend Grace) Glass, along with his brother Keith Vieau, niece Michelle Adamson, nephews Jason Vieau, Jerome Blahnik, Robert Blahnik, and sister-in-law Claudia Blahnik.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, son Eric Vieau, in-laws Edward & Mabel Blahnik, and brother-in-law Edward Blahnik.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home 305 N. Tenth Street, De Pere, from 9:00AM Saturday, January 31, 2026, until time of service at 11:00AM. Full military rites will follow. Mike would want everyone to dress casually.
