Nancy A. Foley, 77, De Pere, passed away Tuesday evening, March 3, 2026. She was born on January 30, 1949, to the late Armand and Ethel (Borkovec) Vanderheiden.

Nancy graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1967. On January 7, 1972, she was united in marriage to Patrick Foley at Annunciation Catholic Church, Green Bay.

Nancy was a long-time employee of Shopko. An avid reader, Nancy always had a good book by her side. She had a special devotion to the Blessed Mother and prayed often for her family and others.

She is survived by her children, Karen (Chad) Kaster, Dave (Tera) Foley and Christopher (Kristen) DeWane. Her grandchildren; Emily, Jonathan, Isaac, Andrew, Lauryn, Deklyn, Holly, Abbey, Sam, and TJ, Great grandchildren; Alice and Mark. Her brother Jim (Pam) Vanderheiden, Sister-in-law Mary (Mike) Matzke, and brother-in-law Richard, as well as nieces and nephews survive.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Patrick, son Mark, her parents Armand and Ethel Vanderheiden, and in-laws Raymond and Margaret Foley.

Friends may call at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 1305 Lourdes Ave., De Pere from 9:00AM – 10:45AM Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM with Fr. James Baraniak O.Praem. officiating. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere is assisting the family.

The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice, especially her main nurse, Cindy.
